Shipping Costs
Standard shipping FREE!  All standard shipping orders are sent FedEx Ground within the continental United States as an added bonus for you!  (Unless otherwise specified)   Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

*Excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

Every effort will be made to ensure orders ship from our warehouse within 3-5 days (Excluding weekend orders).  However, your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 11am EST/EDT to be be able to ship on the same day.

UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

International Shipping
International shipping constitutes anything outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All international packages or orders with a PO Box address will be shipped Priority US Mail International. All rates are based on the United States Postal Service plus an $8.50 handling fee. Shipping charges will be manually adjusted accordingly. You will be notified by email if rates differ from what you are quoted at the time of finalizing your order. Due to changes in postal policies both here in the US and Internationally, there can be as much as a 3 week delay in shipping times outside of the continental US.  We also have been experiencing "lost" packages.  Consequently we have had to institute a new policy which will add insurance costs to your order.   We will email or call you with the total shipping costs prior to processing your order.

Shipping Policies
Upon acceptance of your order, confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified in your account information. Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of being placed Monday - Thursday.  Friday orders confirmed by 11:00 a.m. PST may also be shipped that day.  All orders after that time will be shipped the following week., excluding holidays.

Please remember that Next Day and 2nd Day air shipping does not necessarily mean that you will receive your package in one or two days after you order.  It means that you will receive your package in 2-4 days AFTER PROCESSING.  If you desire an expedited shipment or Saturday delivery, you must call us at 1-(800)366-5992, so that we will be able to check with our shippers to find the quickest way to get your order to you.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Delivery can take anywhere from one to seven working days, depending on your location. Excluded from this time window are any packages that must be sent via a shipper other than FedEx. In most cases, orders sent Priority US Mail can take anywhere from 5-10 working days.
