Order Fulfillment Errors: If we made an error in filling your order, we will do everything we can to make things right.

Refunds: We will gladly provide a product replacement or full refund of the individual item’s purchase price (your choice). Because of rising transportation costs, we cannot refund shipping charges nor can we pay for return shipping. (If you were given free shipping, and the return no longer qualifies the purchase for the free shipping, we will deduct our actual shipping & handling cost - usually $13.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Only under special circumstances (with approval) will unopened product be accepted after 30 days – all accepted returns after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
